地质勘探用蛇骨钻杆的设计及应用

Snake Bone Drill Pipe Design and Application

摘要: 针对常规钻探机具曲率半径大,有效抽采的煤孔段长度有限的问题,设计了一种在地质勘探中钻探用蛇骨钻杆,主要用于顶底板穿层孔消突、强造斜钻进工艺。介绍了该钻杆的全新结构及工作原理,该钻杆的应用可以有效延长穿层孔煤孔段长度。通过大型有限元软件ANSYS对钻杆模型进行仿真,结果基本与设计、检测试验一致。

Abstract: In this paper, a drilling in geological exploration with the snake bone drill pipe, mainly used to remove outburst of seam in roof and floor, strong deflection drilling technology.Conventional drilling machines exist large radius of curvature, the effective extraction of coal hole length is limited, the drill pipe is a new kind of compact structure and reasonable design, can effectively extend the seam of coal geological exploration and drilling hole length with products.
